it's been a while!

*blowing dust off this website*

Hello all, it's been a while since I last updated! I've had a lot going on for the last eight months or so, not all of it good. My partner and I broke up in August, but since then I've started dating someone really special. Life was really hard for a while, and it still is for other reasons, but love is abundant.

Last time I posted, I said I felt a site redesign brewing. Well, it still hasn't happened, and I still want to make it happen! I've been moving towards tech again so maybe this time I'll tackle it. Honestly for a while it was too painful to interact with this site since its comments were littered with love notes to my now-ex. These days I'm feeling a lot more moved-on, so it's finally time to come back. I think my next update might be on my home server that I set up in my time away, or maybe it'll even be about the redesign. Who knows!!??
