- Minnesota Seasons, a site all about the ecology and outdoors of Minnesota. Very retro feel but very up to date and EXTREMELY informative and helpful to anyone at all interested in the outdoors in Minnesota!
- Minnesota Ornithologist's Union, another Minnesota-specific resource, this time for birding! I am not a dedicated birder (as of right now) but I do love identifying the birds I casually see on my walks. I really appreciate sites like this dedicated to specific locations' ecologies.
